Sautéd Chicken In Sherry

Instructions
  1. Boneless chicken breast cut into strips
  2. Mix flour, garlic powder and lemon pepper (roll chicken stripes in to coat)
  3. Sauté in olive oil to a golden brown
  4. Pour ½ cup to 1 cup sherry into pan and let simmer for about 15
  5. Do not allow the sherry to evaporate
  6. Serve over cooked rice.
