Ingredients
- 1 Medium Eggplant, Sliced ½ thick
- ½ to ¾ Cup Spaghetti Sauce
- American Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Sauté slices in olive oil
- Put sautéed eggplant in casserole dish (buttered)
- Sprinkle slices w/garlic powder, basil, pepper
- Lay thin slice of American cheese on 1st layer
- Make up to 4 layers of eggplant and cheese
- Then put ¾ to ½ cup spaghetti sauce over top layer, sprinkle with garlic parmesan, then cover and bake in 350 over for 30 min. You can also mix cheeses.
