- 4 Salmon Filets
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- heat sauce in microwave until warm, mix well
- Put Salmon filets in casserole pan and pour mixture over sprinkle fillets with bread crumbs/parsley and almond slices.
- BBQ till flakey (keep off to side of BBQ do not put directly over flames.)
